Hi folks. Well that was a mouthful. And what a delightful mouthful it was. Now these little beauties do not photograph well at all. So I apologize for that. I assure you the taste is out of this world and will make up for the lack of photogenic beauty. The colour just does not pop after cooking all day. So luckily the taste pops.
