October Recap Collage for Cravings of a Lunatic

I hope everyone is having a fabulous Halloween filled with laughter and lots of candy.

Looking back on October I realize you must be wondering why I’ve barely posted. I’m usually a postaholic. This month and last month were very slow. I apologize for that. Life happens and sometimes work takes a back seat. Everything is okay. It’s just been a hectic couple of months. Hubs is adjusting to the new job. Mini-me has been crazy busy with school and various projects. B-Dude moved into a new apartment, same building though. I’ve been dealing with some health issues, which has started me on a quest to work out in order to avoid meds I do not want to take. I’ve taken up boxing. Hubs even went as far as to bring me home pink gloves and wraps. Yes, I’m *that* girl! I’m okay with it.

We picked up an elf on the shelf. He’ll be making an appearance on the blog in November. We have unusual plans for our new elf and cannot wait to show you how we’re putting this little guy to work.

I’ve been trying to catch up on work after taking some time off. That’s good news for you though. I have giveaways coming up like crazy in November. On November 2 there’s a gift basket giveaway you won’t want to miss. There is a giant, week-long Cookbook Giveaway Extravaganza from November 4 to 9. A different cookbook up for grabs every day. You’re going to love them all. November 10 is a giant, multi-blogger giveaway to celebrate a friends bloggy birthday. November 11 to 16 is Cookie Week which will have lots of prizes up for grabs. I’m having a reader appreciation giveaway on November 17, the only hint is it has something to do with Cookies. And lastly on November 18 there will be a multi-blogger Thanksgiving Potluck with more prizes up for grabs. So you might want to sign up for an email subscription for the blog so you don’t miss any of these amazing giveaways.
