Come on now. How flipping cute are these Grilled Peach Cobblers in Mini Cast Iron Pans?

I love small food and I cannot lie,

You other brothers can’t deny,

When a dessert shows up in a little bitty pan,

With a mound of whipped cream for you fans!

Okay, okay, I’ll stop. Before I embarrass myself.

More than usual.

So these cutie patootie, itty, bitty, adorable cobblers are part of 100% Canadian Milk’s Grill Night Challenge. It’s a friendly competition amongst us Canucks.

Each month there are 3 bloggers who submit recipes for a specific theme. Then the public gets to vote on which recipe they dig the most. Which, quite frankly, should be mine.

I think y’all should run right over there and vote for my grilled peaches and cream cobbler right this minute.

For me. In case that wasn’t clear.

I mean I made itty, bitty, tiny, little, adorable mini peach cobblers….on the grill.

What is wicked cool about my recipe is I actually used cream in the cobbler topping, not just the whipped cream. So I managed to use the required ingredient in more than one element of the recipe. I was pretty darn proud of myself.

So when you head over there don’t think I just took the easy way out and threw whipped cream on them to meet the challenge requirement. Heck to the no, people. I added it to the cobbler topping and made it all fluffy and delectable.

I cannot even begin to describe how good these cutie cobblers are. Peach cobbler is my favourite dessert in the summer. I can never get enough of it.

Making it on my grill to keep the house cool is just a huge perk. Dessert and a cool house, yeppers, that’s using your noggin.

So make sure you get your tushies over there and vote for my grilled peaches and cream cobbler. The challenge is on until the end of June so times a wasting, people. Get your cute baby got back butts over there. And vote. For me. Obviously.

Then print the recipe. Make the recipe. Then shove the recipe in your piehole at rapid speed before anyone else shows up.

Wait, that can’t be right. I meant share with all your loved ones. Yeah, I meant that. I would never encourage you to hide in a closet and eat all the cobbler. I mean who would do that. *wipes cobbler off her face*

Did I mention when you vote your name gets entered for a chance to win a Stainless-Steel cookware set?

Yeppers, it sure as tootin’ does. Plus you get my undying loyalty. Which is like money in the bank really.

Or not. But it’s good karma. And that’s something money can’t buy.

Okay now I’m just reaching.

Vote. Or not. I love you anyway. It’s how I roll.

Peace out. And good luck get the baby got back song out of your head.
