Dinner and Ice Cream = tummy ache!

Hello folks. Nice to be back to normal and cooking again. Think I overdid it today and made too much. I have issues with cooking too much. It is a sickness. I had some great veggies from the market I went to the other day. Needed to get the baby bok choy and coloured swiss chard used today. So I did a warm salad with it. Turned out great. Giada night at the Bee Bunch’s Place

So we needed a nice, healthy, lighter meal. I had watched Giada at Home a few days before and had seen some nice recipes I wanted to test out. So it was just myself and hubby last night.
