This is a list of blogs I follow personally. There are so many food blogs out there that I cannot list them all but these are some of the ones I read on a regular basis. I love them all for different reasons so I thought I’d share their links and a little about each blog.

 

A Culinary Journey with Chef Dennis- Dennis is so well rounded as a chef. His site has a plethora of wonderful recipes. This dude is one of the kindest bloggers out there, always helping others.

All Day I Dream About Food- Carolyn blogs about low carb food and some GF as well. You will find amazing recipes on her site, whether you’re diabetic or not. She is super friendly and helpful.

Bake Your Day- Cassie is a wonderful cook and baker. Everything she makes is sheer perfection. She is a very genuine and down to earth gal. I love her photography.

Buns in my Oven- Karly’s blog is one I recently discovered and am just digging in a big bad way. She is an amazing cook and takes beautiful photos.

Chocolate, Chocolate and More- Joan blogs about everything from sweets to meals. Her recipes are user friendly yet stunning. She digs chocolate as much as I do. So we’re buds.

Comfortably Domestic- Kirsten is seriously funny and incredibly genuine. Her recipes are approachable and perfect for any skill level. Plus she’s a food dork. For realz!

Confessions of a Cookbook Queen- Kristan is one of the funniest bloggers out there. She is also a photo styling wizard. Her recipes are indulgent, which I love!

Cookies & Cups- Shelly is a wildly hilarious blogger. She whips up decadent treats with sugar and butter and isn’t afraid to admit it. I can be found staring at her site for hours on end.

Cookin’ Canuck- Dara is someone I find so inspiring. This lady made a remarkable transformation in her approach to cooking and health. She makes healthy approachable. I dig that!

Cook The Story- Christine is a writer and blogger who spins amazing stories about food and life. She is such a nice, warm person. Her food is simple and fresh, always gorgeous.

Country Cleaver- Megan is hilarious, talented and the kind of gal who cooks food that will blow your skirt up. No lie, go see for yourself!

Crumb- Izzy is my foodie soul sister. I adore this lady. She is a fellow Canuck whom I’ve had the pleasure of meeting. Her blog is diverse, smart and addictive, much like the lady behind it.

Dine & Dish- Kristen blogs about recipes, life and has tons of great blogging tips on her site. I won a 6 month mentorship from her and am learning so much from this lady.

Dinners, Dishes, and Desserts- Erin is a remarkable cook and even more remarkable person. Her recipes are extremely diverse and she loves to tackle new things.

Domestic Fits- Jackie is so talented, a total domestic goddess. She takes amazing photographs and is one of the funniest ladies around. I love her sense of humour.

Eat Live Travel Write- Mardi is a fellow Canuck and an inspiration to so many of us. She writes about food and her travels. This woman is seriously talented on every level.

Eat The Love- Irvin is talent personified. I completely adore his writing style. His photography blows my mind. One day I will meet this man and force him to bake me one of his glorious cakes!

Eat Yourself Skinny- Kelly is an amazing cook who posts about life and food. Her recipes are waistline friendly and she lists WW points on her site. Plus she’s just plain adorable.

Fifteen Spatulas- Joanne is an extremely talented cook and blogger. I had the pleasure of meeting her at a conference in 2011. She is my blogging guru and a close, personal friend. You should check out her fabulous videos.

From Cupcakes to Caviar- Janet is my twin, not for real, but my blogging twin. We share a weird sense of humour and love of sugar and butter. And each other. You will adore her food!

Frugal Antics of a Harried Homemaker- Kristen is one of my favourite people on the planet. She is so sweet and kind. You will find family fare and GF recipes on her site. Lots of fab recipes.

Generation Y Foodie- Dara is a lawyer by day and foodie by night. Her approach to recipes is from a healthy perspective. She is a wickedly talented cook and a great friend.

I Breathe I’m Hungry- Mellissa is one of besties, we shall the same twisted sense of humour. Her blog is hilarious, low carb and GF. Mellz is snarky, witty and a total rock star in the kitchen!

It’s Yummilicious- Becca cooks up delicious food with a fun attitude. She is just the nicest person and she will welcome you into her world with open arms.

Juanita’s Cocina- Jen blogs about all kinds of food including spicy and sweet. Sometimes together. It’s a beautiful thing. Jen is down to earth and incredibly funny.

Just One Cookbook- Nami cooks up Japanese food that will delight and amaze you. Her photos are outstanding and her recipes are easy to follow. Plus she’s a total sweetheart. Love this gal!

Kalyn’s Kitchen- Kalyn is one of the most well rounded cooks I’ve ever seen. She does it all and does it well. There are lots of South Beach Diet recipes on her site.

Katherine Martinelli- Katherine is a writer and photographer. She whips up delightful recipes that span all categories. There are lots of healthy recipes on her site that will rock your world.

Katie’s Cucina- Katie is a really talented lady. I love to stop by her blog and watch her videos. She has a great screen presence. Her food is always so pretty and the recipes are perfection.

Kitchen Riffs- John is an absolutely amazing cook. He also whips up these freaking fantastic cocktails that are mind-blowing. His photography is as outstanding as his recipes.

Leite’s Culinaria- David and the LC crew are wicked talented. I am a huge fan who was lucky enough to meet David in 2012. I just got accepted as an LC Recipe Tester. Excited like crazy!

Love From The Oven- Christi’s blog is a recent discovery for me. I love this site so much. It has food but also so much more. She’s is just a delight to read.

Movita Beaucoup- Rachael is insanely funny and snarky. She is also wickedly talented and is in baking school living the dream. She blogs everything from chowder to cookies. Never together!

Pass the Sushi- Kita is not only a talented cook and a valuable friend but she’s also my site designer. She is an amazing photographer as well. She makes indulgent food look super sexy.

Pastry Chef Online- Jenni is a whiz at the science behind baking. She is also a wicked good cook and does cooking videos on youtube. Plus she’s funny as hell. She’s a good egg!

Picture Perfect Meals- Cheryl and Adam are a cooking duo that you need to get to know. Mark my words folks, these two are going to be famous. Their talent is limitless.

Sandra’s Easy Cooking- Sandra is such a talented cook. She cooks a wide range of recipes but her focus is definitely healthy. Her photos are beautiful and always so enticing.

Scarletta Bakes- Scarletta aka Meagan is, in my opinion, the funniest blogger out there. She can cook up a storm and make it all look easy while making you double over with laughter.

Simply Recipes- Elise is one of those people that inspires me on every level. Her site is beyond amazing with so much to choose from. Her style is very family oriented which I adore.

Steamy Kitchen- Jaden is my idol, not even exaggerating at all. I was lucky enough to meet her last year and might have burst into tears upon meeting her. She is as kind as she is talented.

Sweetopia- Marian blogs about sweets and makes the coolest treats I’ve ever seen. She’s also a fellow Canuck. I had the pleasure of meeting her at Mixed, she is as sweet as her cookies.

Taking on Magazines- Christianne aka The Mom Chef is one of my fave people. The woman can cook and entertain better than Martha. Plus she’s just hilarious and sharp as can be.

Taste with the Eyes- Lori Lynn is a huge inspiration for me. Her writing style and photography skills are fantastic. Her site is a delight to visit. Every single recipe she makes is sublime.

That Skinny Chick Can Bake- Lizzy is as sweet in person as the treats on her site. I can state she is in fact skinny and she can bake her butt off. Clearly she practices black magic or something.

The Black Peppercorn- Steve blogs about all kinds of food but I am really drawn to his BBQ recipes. He is a whiz with his grill. He’s also a fellow Canuck and just an all around nice person.

The Girl Who Ate Everything- Christy’s site is one I stalk often. If you love beautiful and tasty food this site is perfect for you. Every photo is more gorgeous than the last.

The Little Ferraro Kitchen- Samantha is down to earth and so genuine. She blogs tons of healthy meals and wonderful treats. She ran her first 5K last year, so proud of her.

The Shiksa in the Kitchen- Tori is someone I admire greatly. She is kind and wise, so generous of spirit. Jewish cuisine is her niche as well as the history behind food.

White on Rice Couple- Todd and Diane are incredibly talented cooks, photographers, film makers and speakers.  Their positive spirit and energy inspires me so much.

Will Write For Food- Dianne is a well known writer who posts recipes, blogging, writing and interviews. She is highly respected in the industry, but what impresses me most is her humour.

Yummy Mummy Kitchen- Marina is supremely talented. Her food is as gorgeous as she is. She blogs about fresh, healthy food that is simple and stunning.

 

Note to my fellow bloggers: Please do not take it personally if you are not on the list. The list will evolve and change as time goes on. I’ve just recently added a blog roll back on the site so it takes time to compile a complete list.
