My husband is a huge coffee fanatic. He loves the stuff. Honestly, he cannot get enough of it. He lives and breaths coffee, day and night. I think he would drink it 24/7 if he could. I'm not even kidding, he's completely in love with the stuff.
From time to time I whip up a fabulous coffee dessert for him so he can get his coffee fix in a sweet treat. When I got offered to write about Dunkin’ Donuts® Coffee I knew right away I wanted to make a dessert recipe using their coffee.
Hubs was out running some errands for me recently. I was busy with the new horse, she has been taking up a lot of our time recently. So hubs went shopping in the states to pick up some blog supplies for me. He's cool like that.
I asked him to swing by Walmart for some Dunkin’ Donuts® Coffee. Clearly I didn't explain myself very well, or make clear notes on my list because he texted me wondering why I was ordering him to drink coffee at Dunkin’ Donuts®.
We both had a good laugh about that, and then I told him I wanted him to pick up Dunkin’ Donuts® Coffee Mix, not an actual Dunkin’ Donuts® Coffee. More giggles ensued and hubs made his way to Walmart to find the right flavour.
He had no clue what I was up to with the coffee, and I purposely left him in the dark so it would be a surprise. He's always running errands for me, and picking up groceries lately. Between the horse and work I've been a busy girl.
So while he was at work I whipped up a really cool and super easy Tiramisu for him to snack on. I used Dunkin’ Donuts® Coffee in the syrup and the cream portion. That way he got lots of coffee flavour in every bite of his Easy Tiramisu.
He loved the dessert and was super thrilled I made a giant batch for him to nosh on. Then we giggled some more about our misadventures in procuring the Dunkin’ Donuts® Coffee for this post. Clearly we're both tired lately.
Thank goodness we have lots, and lots, of Dunkin’ Donuts® Coffee to help us power through this holiday season. I hope you whip this recipe for the holidays. Buy an extra bag, or two, of coffee while you're there. He picked up a bunch.

You can use them in gift baskets for teachers, coaches, friends, neighbours, or even hubbies. Anyone you give this coffee to is going to love you. More than they already do, I'm sure.

Easy Tiramisu
Ingredients
For the base:
- 24 lady fingers
- ½ cup prepared Dunkin’ Donuts® Coffee
- 1 teaspoon brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon rum extract
For the cream filling:
- 1 ½ cups mascarpone
- 1 ½ cups prepared whipped cream
- â…“ cup sugar
- 2 tablespoons chilled prepared Dunkin’ Donuts® Coffee
For the topping:
- 1 cup prepared whipped cream
- Cocoa powder for dusting
- Milk or bittersweet chocolate grated
Instructions
- Cut ladyfingers into three pieces if using tall thin glasses. Place a layer of cookies on the bottom of each glass. The bottom layer should come ¼ of the way up the glass, or a bit less.
- In a small bowl combine the prepared coffee, brown sugar, vanilla and rum extract. Mix well, then pour evenly over each parfait.
- In a medium bowl combine the mascarpone, whipped cream, sugar, and coffee. Use a hand mixer and whip until smooth. Spoon into glasses so the mixture comes ¾ of the way up the glass. Leave the top ¼ of each glass for the whipped cream portion.
- Top each parfait with whipped cream. Dust the top with cocoa powder. Hold a sieve over the first glass and then add 1 teaspoon of cocoa powder inside and start to shake it so it lightly dusts the top of each parfait. You can use more, or less, according to taste.
- Grate chocolate over top of each glass.
- Place the parfaits in the fridge and chill for about 1 hour.
- Serve with a big old Dunkin’ Donuts® Coffee loving smile!

Oh boy, my weakness!! Looks amazing 🙂

Would like make this in a pan rather than individual portions, any idea what size pan I should use. Thank you
Kim Beaulieu
Hi Marcia. I'd use an 8 or 9 inch pan, depending on how thick you want it. Both should work perfectly.
