Hi folks, little old me again. I know, I know, I just posted the black forest cheesecakes in a jar but I just had to return with this one. Plus there is a bonus for you on this one.

    A bonus you ask.

What kind of a bonus Miss Lunatic?

    Will there be cake?

    Will there be presents?

    Are my questions annoying you?

Hey did you guys ever see the movie "Despicable Me"? I love the part where the little girl asks "is this annoying" then makes that face slapping popping noise. It cracks me up every time I watch it. And I do not, I repeat, do not, walk around doing it to the kids all day long and laughing hysterically at myself. Really, I don't. At least not every single day.

Okay that had nothing to do with anything but I just had to share. I freaking love that movie. "It's so fluffy"! Okay, okay, I'll stop now.

Alrighty roo, moving on. So we were talking about pizza. Wait, no, that's not right.

Ah, yes, we were talking about surprises and bonuses and presents. Yah, that's it.

Now on to pizza dough. Good luck folks!

    SALSARIFIC PIZZA DOUGH: *bread machine*

    INGREDIENTS:

    1 cup water
    1 tablespoon shortening
    2 tablespoons sugar
    1 teaspoon salt
    2 + ¾ cups white flour
    1 + ½ teaspoons bread machine yeast
    1 tablespoon onion powder
    1 tablespoon oregano
    1 tablespoon basil
    1 tablespoon red pepper flakes
    1 tablespoon Watkins salsa seasoning
    ½ teaspoon chili powder
    ½ tablespoon garlic powder

    Directions:

Place all ingredients in your bread machine baking pan in order listed.

Place your baking pan into the chamber and lock it in.

Select the "dough/pasta" setting on your machine.

    Turn on.

    Mine takes about 2 hours.

Remove from baking pan when finished.

Put in a glass bowl or container and cover it.

Let stand for another 30 minutes.

Now it's ready to knead out and make pizza.

*Dough can be kept in fridge for about 3 days. A little tip is it's easier to spread when a bit cold.*

    *Dough can also be frozen*

*Yields 2 normal crust pizzas or 3 very thin ones*

    Enjoy!

This is modified from my Killer Spicy Pizza Dough!

NOTE- FOLKS THIS IS SPICY, I MEAN SPPPIIIICCCCY! WHEN YOU BITE INTO IT, IT WILL BITE YOU BACK. SO DO NOT MAKE THIS IF YOU ARE A SISSY WHO CAN'T HANDLE THE HEAT!

*the Lunatic will not be held responsible if you ignore the previous warning and end up at the hospital and come home crying like a sissy cuz it was too hot*

*the Lunatic may or may not have cried herself after hers bit her back*

*the Lunatic insists she is not a sissy*

*the Lunatic's doctor can verify this as he specifically told her she was not a sissy when he handed her lollipops*

The pictures are not fabulouso this time. I had technically difficulties with a snapped memory card and ended up with mostly blank files. Such a shame. These shots were not balanced properly but will have to suffice. I like this last one but the previous ones I had the settings wrong. So the color is off. Forgive me. You know you still love me.

Tell your friends about me folks. The more the merrier. And we could all use a little more merry this time of year!

Which reminds me, some big news for you on Tuesday! So be sure to check back on what it is.

I also have a Slow Cooker Sunday post for you. But I shall wait and do that one in the morning so you don't grow weary of me.

    Toodles and smoochies. xx

If it's bread, I love it, ha. If I have to choose a current bread, it'd be a cinnamon desserty bread of some sort. Or pizza dough.

Favorite bread that I make is Anadama Bread got it from Brown Eyed Baker. It has cornmeal and molassas in it and I usually add walnut and sunflower seeds to it.
