Ingredients

  • 24 ounces Root Beer (equivalent to 2 cans)
  • 4 scoops Vanilla Ice Cream heaping

Instructions

  • Fill two glasses partway with root beer. Leave a little gap at the top for the ice cream.
  • Scoop vanilla ice cream and stick it to the inside edge of the glasses.
  • Serve one for yourself and one to your guest.
  • Drop the ice cream in the root beer. Wait for the fizz! It's fun to watch, especially if people haven't made one before.
  • Serve with a big old "science geek" smile!

Notes

Yes, you can add the ice cream first but we find it more fun to add it after the root beer. You do you!
