Root Beer Float
Making a Root Beer Float is a right of passage. They are so easy to make and will put a smile on your face once you take your first sip!

Instructions
Fill two glasses partway with root beer. Leave a little gap at the top for the ice cream.
Scoop vanilla ice cream and stick it to the inside edge of the glasses.
Serve one for yourself and one to your guest.
Drop the ice cream in the root beer. Wait for the fizz! It's fun to watch, especially if people haven't made one before.
Serve with a big old "science geek" smile!
Notes
Yes, you can add the ice cream first but we find it more fun to add it after the root beer. You do you!
