Preheat the oven to 250° Fahrenheit. In a large bowl, combine the dry ingredients: oats, almonds, cashews, coconut and brown sugar. Add in the vegetable oil, salt and maple syrup and stir to combine.
Pour the mixture onto a sheet pan (two if it doesn't fit on one) and place in the oven for 1 hour and 15 minutes, but stirring every 15 minutes to brown evenly.
Remove from oven and place mixture into a large bowl. Add the raisins and toss to combine.
Note: I only baked my granola for 60 minutes because the granola was already very brown.
