In a medium mixing bowl, combine the Bisquick, cocoa and sugar until well blended.
Add the milk until a fairly stiff dough forms.
Roll the dough out on a floured surface to a rectangle about ¼ inch thick.
Spread the dough with sweetened condensed milk and then sprinkle evenly with chocolate chips and pecans.
Roll up and slice into 12 rolls.
Place into a greased 9 inch round pan.
Bake in a preheated 350 degree oven for 18-20 minutes.
Remove from oven to cool.
While the rolls are cooling, place caramels and 2 Tbsp milk into a microwave safe bowl. Microwave for 1 minute, stir.
If the mixture is not smooth, heat it for 30 seconds more.
Spoon the caramel deliciousness over each roll.
There will be enough to totally smother them or to lightly drizzle them with caramel according to your tastes.
