A really good, ooey, gooey, sorta fudgey brownie!

  • In a glass bowl melt squares of chocolate and butter for about 2-3 minutes. Stir until completely melted.
  • Add 3 eggs and beat until they are well blended.
  • Now stir in your sugar and flour (nuts if you are using them as well) and mix well.
  • Spread into an 8 inch square pan (I lined mine with parchment to make it easier to remove).
  • Tap on counter a couple times.
  • Place in a preheated 350 degree oven for about 25 to 30 minutes.
  • Remove and top with marshmallows and chocolate chips. Stick back in the oven for about 5 or so minutes.
  • Remove and let cool.
  • Cut up into squares and serve with a smile.
