- 2 cups coconut yogurt
- 1 dash cinnamon optional
- ½ cup cantaloupe cut into pieces or use a melon baller
- ¼ cup granola
- ¼ cup fresh or dried coconut cut into slivers or small pieces
Pour the yogurt into a bowl. Add cinnamon, if desired, and mix together.
Next, use a small melon baller for the cantaloupe, or you can cut it into small pieces. Place the cantaloupe pieces on top of the yogurt.
Then, add the granola over top of the yogurt.
Place the pieces of the coconut over top of the yogurt.
Serve.
