Cantaloupe Breakfast Bowl

Ingredients

  • 2 cups coconut yogurt
  • 1 dash cinnamon optional
  • ½ cup cantaloupe cut into pieces or use a melon baller
  • ¼ cup granola
  • ¼ cup fresh or dried coconut cut into slivers or small pieces

Instructions

  • Pour the yogurt into a bowl. Add cinnamon, if desired, and mix together.
  • Next, use a small melon baller for the cantaloupe, or you can cut it into small pieces. Place the cantaloupe pieces on top of the yogurt.
  • Then, add the granola over top of the yogurt.
  • Place the pieces of the coconut over top of the yogurt.
  • Serve.
