A jazzed up pizza using antipasto spread as a topping. Your taste buds will thank you!
Servings: 2 Pizzas
  • 1 pizza dough divided
  • cups of pizza sauce divided
  • 2 cups of mozzarella cheese divided
  • 1 jar of antipasto spread divided
  • Pinch of Sweet Basil over top
  1. Preheat your oven to 450 degrees.
  2. Spray two pizza pans with non stick spray.
  3. Divide your dough in half.
  4. Roll out or hand stretch your dough. It helps to add a little flour when working it.
  5. Lay the dough on the pans. Poke it a few times with a fork. Depending on your mood, you could pretend it’s someone you’re mad at.
  6. Spread the sauce evenly over top.
  7. Spread the cheese over top of that.
  8. Add your antipasto spread in clumps here and there. I also jazzed it up by pouring a touch of the juice from the jar over top of the pizza. Yummy!
  9. Sprinkle a bit of sweet basil over top.
  10. Pop it in your oven for about 10 to 12 minutes.
Recipe Notes

If you want a crispy, dark crust you should lower your oven rack. The lower it is the crispier the bottom will be. Just make sure you check it to make sure you don’t burn it.
