Bourbon Peaches & Cream Popsicles
These Bourbon Peaches & Cream Popsicles are going to make your summer happy hour, much happier! Made with Jim Beam Bourbon, fresh peaches and greek yogurt these take adult popsicles to a delicious new level!
  • 1 cup diced fresh peaches
  • ¼ cup Jim Beam Bourbon
  • ½ cup heavy whipping cream
  • 2 cups fruit-at-the-bottom Peach flavored Greek Yogurt I used Chiobani
  1. In a medium bowl, peel and dice fresh peaches. Cover diced peaces with bourbon and set aside. In another bowl, combine heavy cream with yogurt and stir to combine. Pour boozy peaches into the bowl with the yogurt mixture and stir until creamy. Pour into six, 4 oz popsicle molds. Freeze for at least four hours.
