- 1 ½ cups vanilla bean ice cream
- ½ cup milk
- 3 tablespoons toasted pecans chopped
- ½ cup crushed pecan shortbread cookies
- 2 teaspoons molasses
- 1 teaspoon honey
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 pinch salt
- bourbon to taste
Optional for Garnish:
- whipped cream
- whole toasted pecans
In a blender, add the ice cream, milk, pecans, crushed cookies, molasses, honey, vanilla extract and salt.
Blend until smooth.
Add bourbon to taste.
Top with a bit of whipped cream and a pecan and enjoy!
