Ingredients

Instructions

  • Grab two Guinness glasses, or tall glasses suitable for floats or milkshakes. If you want to pop the glasses in the freezer prior to making the floats, I highly recommend doing that.
  • Scoop 2 heaping scoops of chocolate ice cream into each glass.
  • Add 1 teaspoon of chocolate extract and 1 teaspoon of chocolate syrup to each glass.
  • Pour half a can of Guinness into each glass. Pour slowly when making floats or you will make a big chocolatey mess. Stir briefly.
  • Serve!
