Instructions
In a medium bowl, whisk together lemon juice, vinegar, oil, the 1 teaspoon thyme, and salt.
Stir in apple, orange and fennel. Cover and chill for 1 to 4 hours.
Stir in pecans just before serving. If desired, garnish with additional snipped fresh thyme.
Serve!
