Preheat your oven to about 450 degrees F.
Spray a pizza pan with non-stick spray. Set aside.
Roll out or hand stretch your dough. Lay evenly on pizza pan. Use your hands to shape it and give your pizza a nice thick crust.
Poke a few holes in the dough with a fork.
Spread the sauce evenly over top.
Toss the cheese over the sauce evenly.
Top with pulled pork.
Place in the oven on the bottom rack so your pizza bottom cooks nicely, and allow to cook for about 8 to 12 minutes. The bottom should be brown (you can check by sticking a spatula under and lifting slightly to peek). The top should have the cheese bubbling and starting to brown just slightly.
Remove, and use a pizza wheel or pizza rocker to cut into slices.
Serve with a big old Kalua Pork loving smile!
