Coconut Cream Pie Dip is quick, easy and absolutely delicious. Sprinkle some toasted coconut over top to make it extra special.

Ingredients
  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 7 oz jar of marshmallow fluff
  • 1/4 cup cream of coconut
  • 1/4 cup confectioners sugar
  • 3 cups coconut whipped cream divided
  • 2 cups toasted coconut optional
Instructions
  1. In a large mixing bowl combine softened cream cheese and marshmallow fluff. Using a hand mixer, mix on medium speed until well combined. 

  2. Add cream of coconut and confectioners sugar to mixing bowl. Mix on medium speed until well combined. 

  3. Add 2 cup of coconut whipped cream, mix briefly until combined. 

  4. Pour into serving dish. 

  5. Top with remaining 1 cup of coconut whipped cream. 

  6. Garnish with toasted coconut. 

  7. You can serve this immediately or cover it with plastic and place in fridge until needed. Best served within 24 hours.

  8. Serve with a big old coconut loving smile!
