- 16 slices of bread lightly toasted
- 1 granny smith apple cut into thin wedges
- 1 gala apple cut into thin wedges
- 1 cup blueberries whole or sliced if desired
- ½ cantaloupe use a peeler to cut thin strips
- 1 cup raspberries whole or sliced if desired
- 8 ounces of light cream cheese more if desired
- ¼ cup chopped pecans
- ¼ cup coconut chips chopped
- ¼ cup chopped pistachios
- ¼ cup toasted coconut
- ¼ cup honey for drizzling
Breakfast Toast with Apples, Pecans, and Honey:
Lightly toast 4 slices of your favourite bread.
Spread on a light layer of cream cheese on each slice.
Spread cut apples on each slice.
Sprinkle the top of each slice with chopped pecans.
Drizzle each slice with honey.
