30 Minute Back to School Meals

I cannot believe school will be starting back in a couple of weeks. I know some are already back. That just blows my mind. I'm not ready yet. I feel like summer is just starting.

I'm sure for me it's because my hooligans were not home all summer. My son lives out in Alberta where he goes to university. My daughter is usually home all the time but she was away for almost 4 months for military training.

My daughter is now home from training, and my son flew in this week for a visit. I'm just now enjoying quality time with my hooligans so I'm not ready for that to end.

For the past few days we've been having a blast together. Yesterday we grilled up some Onion Ring Cheeseburgers. That was a riot, and a bit stressful. I'm so used to cooking alone now it was weird to cook with other people again.

We had a ball though. The hooligans got creative and came up with some new burger creations I would have never thought of. My daughter also whipped up an over the top sandwich I'm hoping to share with you next month.

So, obviously I'm not ready for the fun to stop. I love having my kids home. While I'm sharing these 30 minute meals with you today I'm secretly hoping summer goes on forever!
