Some of my readers are already aware that our family is leaving on an adventure soon. For those who aren't our son is moving across Canada to go to school. He will be doing his PHD out in Alberta. So we've decided to drive him out there as one final hurrah for our close-knit, totally dysfunctional family. There are tons of prep involved in a move like this, and a drive across the country like this. So I've decided to do something a little different the week before we leave. I need to free up time to pack, time to hang out and spend some final moments together. So in my absence I thought some top 10 posts would keep you all with full bellies. Hope you enjoy the 10 day top 10 lists. A little like Letterman with no celebrities but lots of yummy food. Enjoy!

Rachel @ My Naturally Frugal Family
Oh my goodness I do love a no bake recipe. I have seen a couple of icebox lemon pies and each time they look delish. I may finally have to give this a whirl.
Congratulations to your son for pursuing his PhD and I hope that you all have a safe/harmonious/dysfuntional trip to Alberta 🙂
Look forward to when you return Kim!

I would LOVE it if you lived next door. It'll go one of two ways, you'll either make me skinny or I'll make you not so skinny. Lol.
Thanks my dear. xx

Peter I tried to leave you a comment on your blog and after 8 times typing in the word verification correctly it still kept saying it was wrong. Just thought I'd let you know cuz I know I would want to know if something was keeping people from leaving comments. I tried to find your email but didn't notice it on the blog. Feel free to email me at cravingsofalunatic@gmail.com if you have any questions or want me to check it if you change your settings. Kim

Thanks so much. I adore no bake in the summer. Necessity is the mother of invention and all that jazz.

I've been in such a baking rut lately..I'd probably be better off 'no-baking'. The lemon icebox pie looks amazing! Actually..they all do - great round-up!

What an awesome collection of no bake desserts! Just what I need right now! You rock!

I hope the packing and hanging out is going well! (When does hanging out never go well?) Another great round up of desserts. Cooler weather, so no bake isn't quite the necessity it was a couple of weeks ago, but I'm sure it will be getting warm again soon enough, and these will come in handy. Thanks.
