Top 10 Snack Recipes by Cravings of a Lunatic

Some of my favourite snack recipes!

Hi folks. So the week of top 10's rages on. We're only days away from impending vacation. The vacation in which one of use will not be returning home from. We will be leaving our son out west to start his new life out there.

He will be finishing his schooling out west, working toward his PHD. So this week we have been packing and spending some much needed time together. Our last fleeting moments with all 4 of us living under one roof. I just want to soak it all in before life changes. As life should. Part of raising them is knowing when it's time to watch them go out on their own and make their own way. I'm not going to lie, this is the part that is killing me but I know it's a necessary part of raising kids. That moment of letting go. I'm a control freak so the letting go part is the hardest for me. I think he will do great on his own. He's amazing individual.

So this post is for B-Dude who for the past 24 years has eaten me out of house and home. Every time I want a snack it's gone before I get a chance to have any. The kid who can inhale an entire bag of chips in 3.7 minutes. The kid with hollow leg. These are all snacks B-Dude can now make on his own. Although I think the pink popcorn might scare off the ladies dude. You might want to keep that one to yourself.

Hope you enjoyed the snack top 10. Stop back tomorrow for Lunie's Top 10 Slow Cooker recipes. You will not want to miss that one! As for me I'm probably buried under a pile of boxes trying to decide which ones are going to make the cut and which ones are not. Wish us luck everything fits in the SUV. I told him I'm going to miss him, but the second he's gone the truth is anything he leaves in his room is going in a garage sale the moment I get home. Mwuah hahaha! Evil mommy!

    Toodles and smoochies! xx

Oh my 3 year old daughter would flip for the pink popcorn...truly her favorite color.

However the biscotti caught my eye. I am no good at baking it but I sure do envy those who can successfully do it.

      Can't wait for tomorrow's top 10.

It is so freaking cute. I love the stuff so much. I bought some for our trip. Too busy to make it this time.

The biscotti is surprisingly easy to make. Honestly I thought it would be super hard but it's so not.

Two more days of top 10's then more fun stuff in store for everyone.

"The vacation in which one of use will not be returning home from." Sounds like an ad for a bad horror flick. 😉 Of course, deprived of all the great snacks you've been making B-Dude, he might find that without them he's living in his own horror movie of snack deprivation! I hope you're assembling a care package. 😉

Wasn't that ominous and awesome. I could not help myself. My old twilight zone mania kicked in while writing it. Lol.

There will be copious amounts of care packages.

Thanks Suzanne. I am telling you those ice cream bites are a bit of a pain to make but so fun to eat.

I know you call these snacks... but I can make a meal out of them. 🙂 Have a great weekend! ~ Ramona

PS... wishing your son the best of luck for his future pursuits. 🙂

Lol, that is so me too. I tend to eat junk when I'm home alone for dinner.

Thanks. Excited and heartbroken all at the same time.
