Okay so this is a quickie post but just had to share this with you folks. Found this on the Kraft kitchens site while perusing. Of course I just had to print it off and make it immediately. So here is it is. Enjoy it as much as we did. Yum, yum.Tip- you can only eat a couple pieces. This treat is rich like crazy so a little goes a long way.Warm Caramel Bananas:Source: Kraft Kitchens

    Ingredients:

    2 tablespoons butter
⅓ cup light brown sugar, packed
    ⅓ cup sour cream
    2 medium bananas
    ½ cup peanuts
    1 square Semi-Sweet Chocolate, melted
½ cup Cool Whip Whipped Topping

    Directions:

Melt your butter in a large skillet or pan.

Now add your sugar and cook until it melts. Stir occasionally.

Reduce heat to low and gradually add sour cream, cook for 1 minute more, stir this occasionally.

Cut bananas in half lengthwise, then in half crosswise.

Place the banana slices cut side down in the pan.

Add peanuts and cook for about 1 minute. Bananas should be soft. If you baste them with the sauce in the pan it helps.

Spoon the bananas onto plates, top with the sauce.

Now drizzle melted chocolate over top.

Then top with cool whip whipped topping.

    Serve with a smile.

*I opted not to use peanuts. Simply as I didn't have any. LOL!*

    Toodles and smoochies. xx
