These parfaits looks so easy and delicious! I really do need to make more time for myself in the morning to have breakfast. Is there a particular brand of cherry jam that you like to use? My favorite was black forest cherry preserves that I had in Germany, but sadly, it is difficult to find in the U.S. I loved that it wasn't too sweet.

Thanks Suzanne. My sister tends to send me tons of cherry jam. I have some from a little place in B.C. called Horstings that I love. Then I have a couple that are homemade I found at farmers markets. For cheap but good I like the twice the fruit one but for some reason it's practically impossible to find the cherry version here. I also have a sour cherry one from Horstings I sometimes use. Today's choice was Smallwoods Harvest Sweet Cherry Jam. I honestly think I have 12 kinds in my fridge.

Ah yes I am one of the 99% with little time at hand in the morning. Even the squirrels on our mango tree have proper breakfast in the morning. ^.^ That's one heck of a gorgeous morning breakfast treat Kim. I am all for your parfait! =P

Lol Helene, I think the birds and squirrels here eat better than us too.

Thanks lady. I just love these things. I'm not typically a breakfast lover but stuff like this I can do.

She would love this. It's so fun to make too. If she likes bacon and/or potatoes tune in tomorrow. Sort of a cool one coming up.

Your parfaits look lovely! Love the idea to add jam to mix things up a little, so it's not just yogurt and granola... but still so quick to throw together in the mornings. 🙂
