Quick post. Need to get organized for Kiana to go hand in a resume. Almost out of time. So this will be brief. No giggles today folks. Sorry about that. I know you guys just sit on pins and needles waiting to see what comes out of my mouth next. I mean who wouldn't. I am awesome. So is this quick and super easy pizza. Make it and see if you can't help eating 10 of them. Or maybe that's just me.

    Easy Hawaiian Mini Pizza:

    Ingredients:

1 package of english muffins, cut in half
1 jar of pizza sauce, add a little sugar to it, it really gives it some zing, about 2 tablespoons
12 slices of thin sliced honey ham
3 to 4 pineapple rounds, cut into small pieces
1 and ½ cups of mozzarella cheese

    Directions:

    Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

Cut your english muffins in half and lay on a cookie sheet.

Mix pizza sauce and a bit of sugar, then spread over english muffins evenly.

Cut ham into pieces. Lay a thin layer over the sauce. Only use half the ham.

    Sprinkle with mozzarella cheese generously.

    Add another layer of ham.

    Add pineapple.

Place in oven on middle rack and cook for about 10 to 15 minutes. I found it took longer than I normally would do mini pizzas for. The juice from the pineapple keeps it moister so you need to cook a bit long. Ours took about 14 minutes. So use your judgement depending on how crisp you like them.

Remove and serve with a smile.

Photos missing due to a G+ incident. Will be restored soon!

Yum-these little mini pizzas are making me very hungry. This idea is pretty cook when it comes to picky eaters, they can top however they like. Large pizzas you can maybe divide into 4 different topping but it would be more trouble. Nice post.

Thanks Chef Dennis. Not something I'd serve a guest but sure was easy peasy for a weird day. Legs are a little less swollen today so should be good as new tomorrow. I'm thrilled you popped by.

Pretend Chef- Thanks. Kids just love these. Most adults too.

Mother Rimmy- So good right! You too!

Kate- Thanks. I am always nervous about posting simple stuff. Like it won't measure up. Glad you like them. You could make them healthier with whole wheat easily.

Hi Andrea. So glad to hear that. These are so simple and fun. Kiana likes hers with parmesan and and ham only. No mozzarella. They are pretty good like that too. Hope your son enjoys them. Great after school snack idea.
