Give a girl a camera and this is what happens!

Just to amuse and delight you guys. I cracked open the tripod that has been sitting in the box for years unopened. I have learned what the settings mean on my camera after owning it for years and years. So today I played outside in the sun then inside by the window. I am posting some unedited pics to show you my misadventures in photography. I got a couple of good ones I can edit and use. But this was more for fun. And fun it was, not just for me but for one of our cats who thought it was hilarious to make his way into every single shot. So somewhere during the adventure you will get to meet Spike, the shy one. Apparently not today, he's discovered his beauty and his need to be noticed. Lol!
Photos missing due to a G+ incident. Will be restored soon.
Okay so hope you enjoyed this peek into my day and why I still have not showered today and it's almost dinner time. I swear it's ocd at it's finest. I cannot stop playing until I figure it out. Can't help myself. It's going to be a long week. This adventure required moving a huge couch, loveseat, and table, a vent cover and some dust bunnies. I really need to set up a studio space in a room out of the way or something. This was a ton of effort for photos. On a side note my brother has decided to visit. He gets in tomorrow. So I am hoping he brings his fancy camera so I can play around with it and learn how badly I need a new camera. Now if some money would just fall from the sky I'd be all set.

Hope you are having a fabulous day. It's a holiday here in Canuck land so I am just chilling.

    Toodles and smoochies. xx

when you're done with the camera controls and what the weatherman brings to the table you can start on photo editing software. that shower may have to wait awhile, a long long while. hehe and tell scotty to post a few more photos too ! :~)

@The Harried Cook- Thanks. I should have noted it was a washcloth. My lovely friend Amy is good to me.

@Amy- Hey doll, so pretty right! I have some photos I am editing for ya, then I'll pop them off. My file sizes are huge. Anything cute and pink is welcome here. Love it. I wouldn't say no to fingerless gloves when you start making them. rofl

@Anne- I had a ball and still got the cold shoulder from foodgawker and tastespotting. I swear they hate me. I shall keep trying. I am determined to figure this out. Thanks, my kitties are spoiled rotten.
