I found this recipe but it was a light version. Which is great but I wanted to make a regular version of it. So you can find the original light one on the Kraft Kitchens site. And the fattening, yummy version right here on the lunatic's site. Hope you enjoy it.Strawberry Mousse:

Source: Kraft KitchenIngredients:1 package of cream cheese (250 g), softened
    1 tsp vanilla
    ½ cup boiling water
1 package (4 serving size) of strawberry jello
    ½ cup cold water
    2 cups cool whip
    2 cups sliced strawberries

    Directions:

Beat the cream cheese and vanilla until well blended. Set aside.

In another bowl mix the boiling water with the jello powder. Stir until sugar dissolves. Add cold water and stir again until it starts to thicken a bit. Gradually add the cream cheese mixture, beat until well blended. Stir in 1 and ½ cups of the cool whip and then the strawberries.

Spoon into cups ( I did them in parfaits which I had done with a pink sugar rim. To do this just add a drop of red food colouring to about ¼ cup sugar, mix. Then dip rims in water then sugar.) Put in fridge for about an hour.

Take out and top with remaining cool whip and garnish with strawberries. Put back in fridge for another 30-60 minutes.

    Serve.

Hope you make this and find them as yummy as we did. Really super easy to make. Enjoy!

Poor guy. Kiana had some problems with dye they put in kids meds when she was younger. We'd give her some flu meds to help her and she'd be up all night bouncing off the walls.

Does he like pistachio? I am going to try another parfait this week with pistachio flavour.
