Back online to bring you this next one. I did promise home made buns but as you know I overslept and didn't get to it early enough to allow for rising and such. I felt so bad that I just had to come up with another easy peasy recipe for you all. This is something I haven't made for eons. It's from a magazine that promoted philly cream cheese. It's pretty good but rich. I prefer an old fashioned fudge myself but this is good in a pinch. You can also dress it up on a plate which I did for fun. But I'll warn you Kiana did not like the store bought chocolate sauce I used for decoration. Apparently it ruined the taste for her. So beware of store bought sauce, they are evil and possibly out to get you.
No Bunny Fudge:
Ingredients:4 cups sifted powdered sugar
1 package (8 ounce) of philly cream cheese, softened
4 squares of unsweetened chocolate, melted
1 tsp vanilla (you could use plain vanilla, or almond, or coconut. I used almond.)
dash of salt
Optional- ½ cup chopped nuts (I left them out as I don't like nuts in fudge very much)Directions:Gradually add sugar to cream cheese, mixing well after each addition.
