Layer upon layer of chocolate and coconut, these Samoa No Bake Cheesecake Parfaits will impress your guests. If you share them, which is really asking a lot to be honest!

Seriously man, these things are dangerous. I had way too much fun making them. They should be illegal. But I’m so glad they’re not.

These little cups of indulgence are filled with brownies, caramel, mini chocolate chips, coconut, chocolate cheesecake, and coconut flavoured whipped cream. I know right. It’s like heaven in a glass.

I made these Samoa No Bake Cheesecake Parfaits for my friend Katie of Clarks Condensed. She was looking for some bloggy peeps to guest post for her. I was happy to oblige.

I love Katie’s site. She blogs about everything from recipes, to parenting advice and everything in between. I admire bloggers who can do the multi-faceted thing. I can barely pull off just recipes. So I’m endlessly impressed with Katie’s blog.

I hope you get a chance to try out these Samoa No Bake Cheesecake Parfaits. They are super easy. You could make your own Brownies if you so desire. However during summer I’m quite content to use store-bought ingredients to keep from heating up my house.

As you can tell from my site I am obsessed with all things no bake, and all things cheesecake. I make so many no bake cheesecakes in the summer it’s ridiculous. I also have a serious obsession with parfaits.

I’d apologize for all my obsessions but look at these things, why apologize for something so deliciously indulgent. It’s summer, treat yourself. You deserve it. I deserve it. We all deserve it.

Toodles and smoochies! xx

Oh My! These look terribly good. I’m usually not one for “things in a jar” kind of recipes… but this is perfect for a picnic coming up next week!
