Ooey gooey marshmallows and melty chocolate combine inside of these adorable little hand pies. Then the pies are brushed with butter and graham crumbs before getting more chocolate drizzled over top of them. It's heaven in a little hand held pie!
Aren't these adorbs?
I can't take my eyes off of them.
Mostly because when I do people keep scarfing them and there's less for me.
So I keep one eye on them....at all times.
Mine, all mine!
Well now I'm just being greedy.
So to make it up to you I have a giveaway for you. First you'll need to listen to me ramble a little bit.
It's what I do.
Today I'm guesting posting for a very special friend, Susan of Doughmesstic. Susan holds a very special place in my heart. She is one of the kindest people I've been lucky enough to meet through blogging. I booked a trip to a conference she was holding last year, called Mixed. Some health issues came up and I was seriously pondering cancelling my trip. A quick email to Susan about the circumstances and her warmth and generosity turned us into fast friends. She is an amazing person.
She's also wicked talented. This girl can cook her butt off. I love every single recipe on her site. Her writing style is right up my alley as well. I love a snarky girl. Talent and snark, it's a match made in heaven.
Speaking of heaven, Susan has a cookbook coming out called The S'mores Cookbook. I am so excited to be offering up a copy to 1 lucky reader. So excited for you!
Now head over to Susan's site, Doughmesstic to get the recipe for these amazing and super easy S'mores Hand Pies. Hurry. Run. Faster!
A huge congratulations to my friend Susan. So proud of you and can't wait to get my hands on a copy! See in the Fall! xx

Abbe@This is How I Cook
You have been doing too many good things lately. It should be illegal.
Ha, thanks. I am having such a ball. My waistband not so much.
I love doing s'mores with Rolos instead of plain chocolate!
That sounds so good.
My favorite is just the good ole' fashion s'mores!
I love the s'mores bars where you lay two king sized Hershey bars in the middle! easy to make and everyone loves them!
Exactly. So seriously good.
I like the old fashion way with Marshmellows and chocolate between the graham crackers
Me too, classic is always a good choice.
I love the traditional one -with a charred marshmallow and a milk chocolate piece stufed between 2 graham crackers.
Classic and perfect.
S'mores Rice Krispies are sooooo good!
They really are, love them.
Honestly... My favorite way to eat anything s'more is with a blazing bonfire, surrounded by great friends. Grab yourself a hotdog stick, stack with marshmellows and let them roast on the fire.... Smash them together with your grahms and watch the chocolate melt.. yummy.. I need to have a bonfire soon ha!
I love that too. Simple is often perfect.
I like your standard s'mores recipe, but I haven't tried many variations.
I try way too many. It's frightening actually.
Smore's rice krispie treats are delicious!
They really are.
Allison (Spontaneous Tomato)
My favorite s'mores recipe is just plain old campfire s'mores, when the marshmallow's been super charred or even burned... (Boring answer, but that means I probably really need that cookbook for more creative ideas!)
I love a good char. It's perfection.
S'more cookies are just so yum.
They are, so good.
What an awesome idea for a cookbook... those hand pies... adorable!
Thanks and I know right.
I want to try the s'mores ice cream!
It's seriously yummy.
I just love the Smores Hand Pies!
