One of my personal favourite ways to cook just about any kind of fish is to grill it. I grew up camping and fishing with my Dad so grilling fish brings back so many memories for me.
When I’m grilling fish I’m in my happy place. The aroma of fresh fish being grilled is phenomenal.
I’m also a big fan of baked fish. Add a bit of citrus to fresh fish and magic happens. The combination of fish and citrus is a seriously magically thing.
